1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
8 oz sour cream
1 lb beef stew meat

This is good for 2 - 3 people so I usually double it

Mix the soups & sour cream in the crock pot & then stir in beef. Cook on low all day. Serve over rice or noodles.
