Ingredients
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F
In a small bowl, combine cocoa and oil until smooth.
In another bowl, beat eggs.
Add the sugar, vanilla and cocoa mixture.
Stir in flour and salt just until moistened.
Fold in walnuts.
Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
If you ice them, leave out the chocolate chips.
