Potato Chowder by

Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
1 pkg. bacon
1 onion(chopped)
2 to 4 stalks celery(diced)
1 can diced carrots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Milk

Instructions

Peel and dice potatoes.Cook bacon crispy and set aside to cool.
Saute onion and celery in bacon grease.Drain potatoes when tender and all ingrediants .Only add enough milk to just come threw the top.Simmer until hot but do not boil as milk will curdle.
