Great with Perkins Guacamole recipe.

Ingredients

2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 1/2 CUPS White Onion, finely chopped
3 TBSP Minced Garlic
3 TBSP Ground Cumin
2 LBS Ground Beef 1 TSP Ground Chipotle Pepper
1 1/2 TSP Kosher Salt
2 Cups Beef Broth
1/4 CUP Tomato Paste

Instructions

1. Set a large skillet or brasier over medium high heat and add the olive oil to bring to temperature.
2. Once hot, add the onions and sauté until translucent; about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cumin to the pan and continue to sauté until fragrant; about 1 minute.
4. Add the beef to the pan and cook, breaking up the pieces as it browns; about 8-10 minutes.
5. Season with chipotle pepper and salt.
6. Add beef broth and tomato paste to the pan and bring to a simmer. Cook the meat, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has evaporated; about 20 minutes.
