English Walnut Pie by

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 t. salt
Sugar (recipe is missing amount)
1-1/3 c. light corn syrup
1 t. vanilla
1-1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Instructions

Combine eggs, salt and sugar in bowl; beat well. Add corn syrup and vanilla, beat thoroughly. Stir in walnuts. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes more or until filling is set. Cool on rack.

Serves 6-8.
