Baked Egg Bread Roll by

Ingredients

8 large dinner rolls
1/4 cup parsley, chives
salt
pepper
8 large eggs
2 tablespoon heavy cream
4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350
Slice tops off bread and scoop
Place cracked egg in bread with cream, herbs and parmesan
Bake 20 to 25 minutes
Toast tops of rolls
