3 pounds eye of round
1 picklins spice (?)
1 onion
1/4 pound (?) crisco
1 box ginger snaps
1 cup vinegar

Cube eye of round
Melt crisco in pot
Dice onions and put in crisco
Cook until soft
Add meat and brown good
Put GS in bowl with water
When float in done (?)
Add vinegar and water and cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour
