1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1 teaspoon water
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup italian tomato sauce

6 ounces mozzarella cheese

ounces mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Bread breasts (4)-flatten
Combine in bowl: 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parm cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon parsley, 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Wisk in shallow bowl: 1 egg and 1 teaspoon water
Spread 1/4 cup flour on plate
Dip in flour, egg then bread crumb
Preheat oven to 350 and coat 13x9 inch pan
Put 1/2 cup italian tomato sauce on pan
Add chicken, sprinkle with 3-4 tablespoon parm cheese
Spoon over 1 cup tomato sauce
Top with 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup parm cheese
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 to 30 minutes
Sprinkle with parsley
