Ingredients

1/2 cup light beer
2 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoon worcestershire
6 ounces cheddar cheese
2 ounces swiss cheese
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon ceyenne pepper

Instructions

Add liquid and heat
Mix cheese and flour
Add cheese slowly
Add ceyenne pepper
