Beef and cheese Nachos by

Ingredients

1.5 pounds lean ground beef
one pkg. taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
1 1/4 cups medium salsa

Nachos
Cheese

Instructions

Cook ground beef in frying pan until browned , breaking up as much as possible to small pieces.
Add water and taco seasoning to meat , bring to a boil then turn down to simmer until sauce is thickened , 2-4 minutes.
Add Salsa and continue to simmer until liquid thinkens again ,approx. 4 minutes.

Assemble on baking sheet or individual plates.

Nachos/beef mixture/cheese
Heat in oven or microwave until cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy
