Garlic Pork Tenderloin with BBQ Sauce by

Ingredients

1 lb. pork tenderloin
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce, divided
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. each dried thyme leaves and dried sage leaves

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pork in shallow foil-lined baking pan. Mix 1 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce, garlic and seasonings until well blended; rub evenly over pork.


Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pork is cooked through (160°F).


Cut pork into slices. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce for dipping.
