bag spinach cleaned and torn up
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 #2 can bean sprouts
bacon as much as want cooked
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 small bermuda onion, sliced paper thin

1/2-1 bottle sweet and sour dressing by Maple Grove
OR Annie's homemade dressing:
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 medium onion grated
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
dash pepper
shake and refrig
you can use half of this for 1 salad, or double salad for company

tear up spinach and put in salad bowl. Add water chestnuts, sprouts, eggs and bermuda onion. Crumple up bacon and add to salad. Warm sweet and sour dressing on top of stove and pour over salad, tossing to coat.
