One of my favorite recipes from my grandma. They are perfect for any occasion or just to have something sweet in the house to enjoy.

12 Vanilla Wafers, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 eggs

12 Vanilla Wafers, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 eggs

Line muffin tin with foil liners, Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended, add eggs, mix well. Pour over wafers filling 3/4 full. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
Remove from pan to cool. Chill top with fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate.
