Cake Balls by

Hint: I use a wire egg separator. Place the cake ball in the egg separator, using a spoon pour coating over and around the cake ball. Sling the excess chocolate off.

Ingredients

1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
1 can of icing (any flavor)-just regular cake icing
1 pkg Bark Candy Coating (chocolate or white chocolate)
Wax Paper

Instructions

Bake the cake according to the box instructions. Once cooled, crumble the cake in a bowl. Stir in 3/4 can of icing. Shape cake into bite size balls and place on wax paper. Freeze the cake balls. Melt bark candy coating and dip the frozen cake balls. Decorate top with sprinkles, nuts, coconut, etc.
