Fruit chaat ( pakistani style) by

A complete wholesome and fruitlicious and delicious dish for kids and elders.

Ingredients

Apples: 3 medium or large( cut into 1x2 inch cubes)
Banana: 3( sliced)
Guava:2(cut into cubes)
Strawberries: half cup(cut into two from middle)
Oranges:2(peel one orange and take one slice and cut it into two. Keep the second orange for the juice)

Other fruits that can be added if available:
Mango
Pomegranate
Grapes
Melon
Kiwi
(Watermelon is not added)

Black pepper-1 tsp
Sugar-1 tbsp

Instructions

Cut the desired fruits.
Pour orange juice
Add sugar and mix well so that its not visible( caster sugar can be added)
Add black pepper and mix.
Its ready to eat.

This can be served after meals as a light dessert or can be a full meal on its own, in breakfast, as an evening treat or can be eaten at any time of day.

Tip: if you want to serve it later then don't add black pepper, sugar and juice instead squeeze half a lemon on the fruits and keep them so the fruit wont turn dark. Add other things when you are about to serve.
Mango/orange squash or juice can be added if fresh orange is not available.
