Cinnamon Rolls by

Ingredients

1/4 c. Warm Water
1/4 c. Butter Melted
1/2 (3.4 oz) Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 c. Warm Milk
1 Egg, @ Room Temperature
1 Tbs. White Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 (.25 oz.) Package Active Dry Yeast

FILLING

1/4 c. Melted Butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
3/4 c. Chopped Pecans (Optional)

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1/2 (8 oz.) Package Cream Cheese, Softened
1/4 c. Butter, Softened
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 tsp. Milk

Instructions

In the pan of your bread machine, combine water, melted butter, vanilla pudding, warm milk, egg, 1 Tbs. sugar, salt, Flour, and yeast. Set the bread machine to Dough Cycle; press start.

When the dough cycle has finished, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 17X10 inch rectangle. Spread the surface with melted butter. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon and (optional) pecans. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly over the rolled out dough.

Roll up the dough beginning with the longest side. Slice into one inch pieces and place into a greased baking dish. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350*, bake for 15 to 20 minutes. While rolls bake prepare the frosting. When the rolls are a golden brown take them out of the oven, let cool about 10 minutes. Frost and enjoy.
