Mexican Soup by

Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
water (about 1 quart)
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped (optional)or onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt

Instructions

Put small amount of oil in large Dutch skillet and brown garlic powder. Slowly add tomato sauce and water. Add salt and onion powder. Bring to a boil. Lower temperture and simmer. Form ground beef into small meatballs and add along with vegetables to soup after it boils. Simmer for 1-2 hours, until meatballs and veggies are cooked. Serve with torillas.
