Ingredients

2 C Flour
1 pkg. (2 1/4 tsp.) active dry yeast
1 Tbs. raw sugar or honey
1 C warm water
1 Tbs. oil
Preheat oven 375 degrees F

Instructions

1. Combine all dry ingredients in 1 qt. zip-lock. Close bag and shake.
2. Mix liquid ingredients in measuring up. Add to dry ingredients.
3. close bag and work dough with fingers thoroughly, until forms soft dough pulls away from sides of bag.
4. turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic ball forms. Cover dough and let rise until double (about 30-40 min).
5. Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray. Form loaf and place in pan.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
