Chicken parmesan by

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts ( thin style ) - if thin style is unavailable smash with meat press
1-2 eggs
Italian bread crumbs
paprika
1-2 packages sliced mozzarella cheese
butter
shredded parmesan cheese
1 -2 bottles meat sauce ( large size )
1-2 large frying pans
1 -2 glass baking dishes ( 9 x 13 )

Instructions

Cut chicken in half
In a cereal bowl- whisk eggs
In a plate pour out a large amount of bread crumbs
Dip meat into eggs and then coat both sides of meat
Melt butter in the frying pans and add chicken
Cook both sides until lightly browned
Pour some meat sauce into the bottom of each baking dish to coat
Place cooked meat on top and liberally sprinkle with paprika
Place the sliced mozzarella over the entire pan of chicken
Sprinkle with paprika again
Pour the rest of the sauce on top of the cheese
Liberally sprinkle parmesan over the sauce
Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes covered with tin foil
