Amaranth Thepla by yellowbutterfly

Ingredients

Amaranth flour 1cup Boiled potatoes 2 medium sized or 3 small Chopped koriander handful Ajwain seeds 1 tsp Jeera 1tsp Chopped green chillies 2 Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Salt to taste

Instructions

Mix all ingredients to make a smooth dough.
Make small equal sized balls
On the kitchen platform spread a wet cloth and spread the dough ball to make thepla
On a hot tava roast ot with some oill or ghee
Enjoy with yoghurt or just as it is :-)
