Dana’s Perfect Salmon Patties by Wanda Dickson

Very good!

Ingredients

1(14 3/4 oz) canned salmon 1/4 cup onion, minced 1/3 cup cornmeal 1/3 cup self rising flour 2 eggs(beat together) 3 Tbsp mayonnaise Dash of salt and pepper Season with Creole and Ole Bay seasonings Oil for pan frying

Instructions

Drain salmon, remove skin and bones, flake with a fork in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form into patties.
Add oil to frying pan and heat to med high heat.
Fry patties until golden brown, turning once during cooking.
Enjoy!
