No Bake Fudgies by Katy Hall

Ingredients

1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Instructions

Mix in 2 quart saucepan milk, cocoa, sugar and butter over medium-high heat. Bring to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Then add oatmeal. When dough is well blended, put into greased 8 inch square pan and cut into bars or drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Let cool. 32 bars or 40 cookies.
