Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1/4 Cup Chili Powder
1/4 Cup Finely Ground Espresso
2 Tbsp. Paprika
6 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Ground Coriander
1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Rub can be used on any red meat but best on a rib-eye steak. Brush each side of steak with vegetable oil and then lightly cover each side of steak with rub and cook as usual.
