Classic New England Coleslaw by

Ingredients
3 Large Carrots Grated
1 Head Green Cabbage Thinly Sliced
1 Bunch Green Onions Thinly Sliced
Dressing
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
2 tsp. Coarsely Ground Pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. Whole Celery Seed
Instructions
In a small bowl mix ingredients for dressing. In a large bowl mix carrots, onions and cabbage. Toss cabbage mixture with dressing and refrigerate for at least one hour.
