Chicken in honey with pistachio cooler (recipe from Lidl) by varchar

Ingredients

- chicken tights: 450 g - honey: 0.5 tbsp - soya sauce: 1 tsp - garlic: 4 cloves (1 for chicken plus 2 for potatoes plus 1 for cooler) - chilli: 1 pinch - 1 lemon or lemon juice: 1 tbsp - new potatoes: 300 g - oil: 2 tbsp - rosemary: 1 handful - cucumber: 275 g - greek style salad cheese (Feta): 100 g - natural yoghurt 1.5% fat (or kefir and yoghurt): 250 g - mint: 5 leaves - pistachio nuts: 50 kernels - salt and pepper

Instructions

I. Chicken:
1. Mix honey, soya sauce, 1 sliced clove of garlic, chilli and lemon juice (or juice from half of lemon).
2. Add chicken to it and mix.
3. Cover the bowl and put to the fridge for 20 minutes.
4. Put chicken into ovenproof dish and pour it with the marinade.
5. If you used fresh lemon, cut the other half into small slices and put them on the chicken.
6. Put it to the oven with 160°C for 35-40 minutes.

II. Potatoes:
1. Peel potatoes and cut them into halves. Put them into separate ovenproof dish.
2. Add sliced 2 cloves of garlic, chilli, oil, salt and pepper. Mix it.
3. Add rosemary on the top.
4. Put it to the oven with 160°C for 40 minutes (until potatoes get gold colour).

III. Cooler:
1. Peel the pistachio and bake them for a while in the oven.
2. Peel the cucumber and put it to blender.
3. Add yoghurt (and kefir), cheese, pistachio, mint and 1 smashed garlic clove. Mix it together.
4. Put it to the fridge for 15 minutes. Then add salt and pepper and mix.
