Fish: Fried fish by varchar

Ingredients

- frozen white fish: 2 fillets - wheat flour: 2 tbsp - olive oil, 4 tbsp - salt, pepper and fish spice

Instructions

1. Defrost the fish and dry it with paper towel.
2. Season it with spices.
3. On a separate plate put a flour and coat fillets in the flour.
4. Fry it on the oil on both sides until it gets golden brown.
