Rosół (polish clear chicken soup) with potatoes by varchar

For better taste use homemade bullion.

Ingredients

- chicken breast: 400 g - potatoes: 450 g - homemade chicken bullion: 500 ml - parsley: 10 leaves / sprigs - water: 250 ml - salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Boil potatoes in salted water.
2. Cut chicken into cubes, put it to separate pot and add bullion.
3. Add water and spices and boil it.
4. Put potatoes to a plate, pour soup on it and decorate with parsley
