Peanut Chicken Spaghetti Squash by tracylolson

Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast, cubed 1 bag frozen stir fry veggies 1/2 onion 1/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter 1/4 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce) 2 cloves garlic 2 Tbs. brown sugar lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

Cook cubed chicken breast in pan. Once fully cooked, add other ingredients. Simmer and stir until peanut butter is fully melted.
