4 Russet Potatoes
3 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Slice potatoes In half lengthwise
Arrange on baking sheet, flat side down
Coat with olive oil & salt & pepper
