Chicken Chimmies by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

2 C shredded cooked chicken 6 tortillas 1 C salsa 1 t cumin 1/2 t oregano 1 C shredded cheese Optional filling items: onions jalapenos green/red peppers Optional toppings: diced tomatoes sour cream guac salsa cheese lettuce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400. Mix chicken, cumin, oregano, salsa, cheese and any other filling items together. Place approximately 1/2 C of mixture in center of each tortilla.
Fold opposite sides over filling. Roll from bottom up and place seam side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, bake for 25 minutes. Top with the toppings you like and can serve with refried beans or Spanish rice.
