Caramel Apple Pie Bombs by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

12 frozen dinner rolls 2 medium apples 1 T cinnamon 2 T sugar 30 vanilla caramels-each piece cut into 4's. 2 T unsalted butter melted 1/4 C brown sugar 2 T heavy cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Butter a pan and set aside. Peel, core and dice apples. Place in a bowl. Add cinnamon and sugar. Toss to coat. Set aside. Unwrap and cut 18 caramels and set a side. Lightly flour countertop. Flatten dough and stretch about 3 inches across. Place 1 T of apple and 6 pieces of caramel and fold up dough. Place dough ball in pan. Repeat with all 12. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with leftover apple mix. Bake 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile place remaining caramels and cream in microwave, stir till creamy and drizzle of bombs.
