Mustard and maple syrup glazed chicken by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs 1/2 large onion diced/minced 3 T real maple syrup 1 1/2 T Dijon mustard with seeds

Instructions

Pre-heat broiler. Sautee onions with olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken on a foil covered baking sheet. After onion softens 1-2 minutes add syrup and mustard and stir for 2-3 minutes. Brush on side of chicken with glaze broil 5-6 minutes and turn chicken over and broil other side for 5-6 minutes.
