Mexican Corn bread by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix 1 can cream of corn 1 egg 1 small can evaporated milk 1 small can diced jalapenos 1 1/2-2 C shredded cheese

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 pan (greased). Cook according to Jiffy cornbread mix box for Johnny bread.
