Grandma Rodgers Orange Cheese cake by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

1 Package orange jello 1 C boiling water 3 Tablespoons orange juice 1 8 oz, package cream cheese 1 C sugar 1/2 pint whipping cream 1 lb graham crackers 3/4 C butter 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Melt butter and mix with 1 lb crushed graham crackers. Press into bottom and sides of 9x12 pan. Save out 1 C crushed graham crackers to sprinkle on top. Dissolve jello in boiling water, add O.J. and cool. Cream sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla. Add to jello mixture. Whip the whipping cream in separate bowl, till "fluffy". Fold whipping cream into the cream cheese/jello mixture. Pour into graham cracker curst and chill.
