Oriental (Asian) Salad by Sherri

Ingredients

1 pound Coleslaw mix 1 cup slivered almonds 1 cup sunflower seeds 2 tsp. sesame seeds 2 bunches green onions, chopped 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crushed 1/2 stick butter 3/4 cup Canola or Olive oil 1/3 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 2 pkgs. seasoning mix from noodles (chicken flavor)

Instructions

In a medium skillet, brown noodles, almonds, and seeds in butter. Cool.

Mix oil, vinegar, and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool.

In a large bowl, combine Coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, and crushed noodle mixture. Pour dressing over and toss to coat. Serve.
