Crock Pot Roast Beef by robinnelson

Ingredients

Chuck roast Raw baby carrots Potatoes 2 onions 1 cup water 2 beef bullion cubes garlic salt pepper

Instructions

Sear all sides of the roast, then cover with garlic salt and pepper to taste.

Slice onions in half and place on bottom of crock pot.

Place roast on top of the onions.

Add carrots and potatoes around the roast.

Add water and bullion.

Cook on low 4-5 hours, checking for 145 degrees internal temperature.
