Ingredients

Pressure cook for 15 min: 3/4 cup split pea or red lentil 2 1/2 cup water 5 Medjool dates Divide split peas and dates into 3 batches and combine with: 2 cups water (6 cups total) 1 tsp vanilla (3 tsp total) 1/8 tsp salt (3/8 tsp total) Dash of Stevia (optional or you could add more dates above)

Instructions

Pressure cook split peas or red lentils for 15 min. Divide into 3 batches. Use 2 cups of water for each blender batch, including vanilla, salt, stevia and the cooked peas/lentils.
