Ingredients

5-7 lb. brisket 1/2 c. apricot preserves 1 package onion soup mix 1 small can tomato sauce carrots

Instructions

Cover meat with preserves, sprinkle with soup mix, and pour over tomato sauce. Place carrot slices all around meat. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and cook until meat is done and very tender. Serve with potato pancakes or orzo.
