German Apple Bread by museumgrl

Ingredients

3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. oil (canola or vegetable) 2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) 1 c. raisins 6 small apples or 3 medium, peeled, thinly sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 pan.

Mix all dry ingrediants, mix all wet ingrediants, combine. Add in nuts and raisins, if desired, and apples.

Bake for 50 minutes.
