Ingredients

1 cup chicken broth 1 cup sugar ¼ cup soy sauce 2 T. cider vinegar 1 T. corn starch 1 t. paprika 1 T. canola oil 1/3 cup fresh, minced garlic 3 T. jalapeno chili pepper & seeds, minced.

Instructions

Place salad oil, garlic and jalapeno pepper in saucepan and stir fry for approx. 4 minutes. Don’t be concerned about ingredients sticking to the pan. Then add all other ingredients and boil until thick. This is a fabulous, spicy sauce! Serve with grilled pork baby back ribs or chicken. Do not apply sauce to the meat before grilling because it will make the meat stick to your grill.
