Acai Breakfast Bowl by melc

Ingredients

One frozen banana Around 1/2 a cup of berries (I use raspberries and blueberries) Tsp of coconut nectar or maple syrup (This gives it a little bit of sweetness, you could use a couple of dates instead or nothing at all) Serving of acai powder or frozen acai Scoop of protein powder (We use pea protein, NuZest Vanilla) A good splash of coconut milk

Instructions

Whizz all the ingredients until it becomes a sorbet like consistency.
Place in a bowl and top with delicious goodies. Today I used chia seeds, coconut, kiwifruit, sliced almonds, goji berries and bee pollen.
