Cinnamon Squares by Mary Czechowicz

Ingredients

375 degrees cook 10-15 minutes 2 cups butter (l lb) 1 cup light brown sugar 4 1/2 cups flour Sugar Mix = 1/2 cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Cream butter & brown sugar until fluffy and at room temperature. Add flour and mix. Refrigerate several hours. Form into rolls and slice. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets. Cook 1 or 2 minutes before rolling in sugar mix.

I form rolls and then chill. Wrap rolls in wax paper. When chilled slice into cookies and bake. Can chill overnight. Makes a big batch of cookies.
