Rhubarb Crunch by latsyrk27

Ingredients

1 c flour ¾ c oatmeal ½ c butter 1 c brown sugar, packed 1 tsp cinnamon Combine and press ½ into 9” square pan 4 c rhubarb 1 c sugar 1 c water 2 tbsp corn starch 1 tsp vanilla Add rhubarb over crust. Boil sugar, water, corn starch and vanilla until thick and clear. Pour over mixture. Top w/remaining crust mixture Bake for 1 hour at 350

Add rhubarb over crust.
Boil sugar, water, corn starch and vanilla until thick and clear.
Pour over mixture.
Top w/remaining crust mixture
Bake for 1 hour at 350
