Spiced roast potato (cumin, coriander, pepper, chili) by korenwolf

Ingredients

Test from GreatBritishChefs, taste tested at 1 maris 3 large Maris piper potatoes, peeled and cut into 2.5cm chunks 1 tbsp of black peppercorns (sligtly increase this) 1 tbsp of coriander seeds (less as we're using powder) 2 tsp cumin seeds (probably up this for taste using powder) 1 tsp chilli flakes (Aim for ~25% of this) 3 tbsp of vegetable oil Not tried yet 1 tbsp of soft brown sugar, or crumbled jaggery

Instructions

Par boil, then roast at 160C for ~20 minutes
