Tuna Fish by Kira Matrejek


1 can light tuna in water, drained 1/4 medium apple, chopped fine pickle relish 1/4 onion, chopped fine 3-4 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt


Empty tuna into a small bowl. Add chopped apple, pickle relish, and chopped onion. Add yogurt and stir; add more yogurt for a creamier consistency.

For sandwiches: serve with lettuce and tomato on wheat bread.

For lettuce wraps: place a spoonful of tunafish mix in center of a large leaf of green (or red) lettuce. Fold the leaf end over, then roll up the sides, and serve.
