Ingredients

1/3 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract dash salt 1 egg

Instructions

Place flour in a med. bowl. Combine milk, oil, vanilla, salt and egg, and add to flour, stirring with a whisk until almost smooth. Cover and chill 2 hours.

Pour 3 tablespoons batter into nonstick skillet and cook about 1 minute. Turn; cook another 30 secs. Remove and cool. Serve filled with yogurt, ice cream, or whatever.
