Sweet and Sour Sauce for Fondue Dipping by jgregor2

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup cider vinegar 2/3 cup water 3 tbls. cornstarch 1/4 onion, chopped 2 tbls. vegetable oil 1 cup cucumber, chopped

Instructions

Heat first 5 ingredients until thickened. Remove from heat and add last 3 ingredients and cool. Serve with beef or chicken fondue for a dipping sauce.
