Make up to 2 days ahead. Leave in mold covered until ready to serve

Ingredients

2 cups boiling water, divided 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello brand lemon flavor gelatin dessert 1/2 c. Miracle Whip 2 c. thawed cool whip 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello brand cranberry flavor gelatin or any other red flavor 1 can (16oz) whole berry cranberry sauce 1 can (11oz) mandarin orange segments, drained

Instructions

Stir 1c of the boiling water into the lemon gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Set lemon gelatin aside to cool.
Add lemon gelatin gradually to dressing, mixing until blended. Gently fold in whipped topping; pour into greased 2qt mold. Refrigerate until almost set.
Stir remaining 1c boiling water into cranberry gelatin in med. bowl at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Gently stir in cranberry sauce until well blended; stir in oranges. Pour over molded layer. Refrigerate until firm.
Unmold onto serving plate.
