Southwest Chicken and Rice by jamieyake

Ingredients

1 bag Success Rice, cooked according to package directions 2-1/2 to 3 lbs chicken pieces 2 tsp. vegetable oil 1/2 c. EACH chopped onion, green and red bell pepper 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce 1/4 c. water 1 Tbsp. Wylers Chicken Flavor Instant Bullion 1 Tbsp chili powder 1 Tbsp EACH garlic powder and paprika 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Instructions

In lg skillet, brown chicken in oil; remove from skillet. Cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients and chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Refrigerate leftovers.
