One Pot Spaghetti Bolognese by hollowbottles



1 box angel hair (or spaghetti) pasta 1 C. Tomato Sauce 1 lb Ground beef 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 Tbs. Olive Oil 2 C. Water 1/2 Onion 1/2 Garlic E.V.O.O.


Chop onions and garlic and coat bottom of pot with oil or Pam. Fry onions until golden brown (about 3 mins.), then add garlic and fry until brown (about 1 min.). Add and brown beef. Add sauce, stir for about a minute. Stir in all other ingredients. Cook on high until pasta boils, stirring continuously, then turn to low and cover. Stir frequently for about ten minutes.

(to reheat leftovers, sprinkle with water, then microwave on HIGH for 2 mins.)
